Instagram ad led to a site that took my money and never sent anything

I saw an ad on Instagram and clicked through to their website. The tracking says my items were delivered but I never got anything. I've tried emailing them and calling but no one answers or writes back. I lost almost $69 and I just want my stuff or my money back.

Ordered rabbits in a tin and never got them

I ordered five of those rabbits in a tin on March 31, 2026. Paid $93.95 for them. They never showed up. I sent three emails asking what was going on. No one ever wrote back. No package, no reply, nothing. Just a site that took my money.

Ordered a bunny a month ago, no shipping info and no replies

I ordered a small bunny from Pomlulu.shop back on March 5. Today is already April 3 and I still haven't gotten any shipping information. Nothing has shown up.

I've contacted them three times at [email protected]. One of those times was to ask for a refund of my $26.98. No one has ever responded to me. Not a single reply.
