Getting constant automated calls from debt collectors that keep changing names

I got an automated call from a number on my caller ID that says Portfolio ARS, from phone 1(888) 728-2133. I know this is the same company that also pretends to be ARC or AR or ABS collections, something about account receivables. Every single time I block the number and report it as a scam, a few days go by and they try again. But it's always with a brand new name and a different phone number. It just doesn't stop.
