Call saying my electric would be shut off if I didn't pay

I got a call to my business and the person said they were from PPL Electric. They asked for me by name and they had enough info that I thought it was real. They asked for my account number and the payment confirmation numbers from my paid bills.

Then they told me if I didn't pay the total of those bills right then my electric would be shut off. I was convinced enough to go to a local Walmart and try to use the barcode they gave me. The clerk wouldn't do it without some official document and told me it was probably a scam.

So I called the real PPL and they confirmed it was a scam. They made a note on my account and updated my security. They told me to report it here, to the FTC, and the PUC too.
