Prairie Wide ([redacted]) completed work for us at our cabin in late September. Because we were hours away, we gave him a key which was to be returned when the work was completed. I e-mailed several times asking for the return of the key; Oct 25 10:42am - no response; Nov 15 9:37pm - response received Nov 16 6:36am he was up in La Ronge for the week and would courier the next day; Nov 23 7:33am - response received Nov 23 7:55a, he had a sick family member and would throw it in same day; Dec 3 8:43pm advised this was my final request and would like my key returned - no response. My last effort was a phone call to Prairie Wide on Jan 5 - no answer so I left a voice mail message. We still have not received our key back.Product_Or_Service: Mold removalDesired SettlementSimple. I would like the key back. If this is not possible, I would like him to replace the lock since this was a smart lock and I cannot get keys re-cut and only have one key now.Business Response Thank you for the letter, I will be out of the country until January 25.I have a number of keys with out tags on them, we had a small fire at our shop and it affected out key lock up.I can email out the three keys with out tags. The [redacted] key is one of them and they can dispose of the other two.
