Paid for a puppy and then got hit with more charges for a crate and insurance

I found a breeder on PrattsDoberman.com and paid $600 for a puppy. After I paid that, they came back and said I needed to pay $1000 for a special traveling crate. I did that. Then they turned around and said I had to pay another $1500 for pet insurance before they could ship the dog.

It's a total scam. They just keep asking for more money. The phone number is (208) 640-2718 and the email is [email protected]. The address they gave is 532 Lower Rio Vista St. in Osburn, Idaho. I lost $1900 total and never got a puppy or anything.
