Got a call about time sensitive documents needing my signature

I got a call from someone named Kelly at Pre 3rd Courier Srvs. She used my full name and said I had time sensitive documents that needed my signature. She told me I had to call her back at 844-974-0654 and that I needed to have a reference number ready. The whole thing felt off. I never signed up for anything from them.
