Premier Pest Control

Over the phone I was quoted $30 for a sprinkler blowout with 5 valves. When the job was completed I was handed an invoice for $45 plus tax. The invoice was computer generated and showed $30 plus tax but the technician scratched over that and changed it to $45 plus tax. I said I expected $30. He said that would be right if my yard was smaller but since it's over 1/2 acre, the charge is $45. I refused to pay it saying for 35 years I've only been quoted and charged on the basis of how many valves I had and never heard of a charge based on size of the lot. I insisted on only paying what I was quoted and he accepted the payment.
