Ordered a stained glass lamp, got a cheap plastic one instead

I ordered a specific stained glass lamp from this company. After that, I spent two and a half months asking about shipping and trying to get a refund. Finally, my order showed up.

What I got was a small plastic lamp. It looks nothing like what I ordered, not even close. It's a fake.

When I complained, they said they'd give me a 20% refund or a 50% credit to use with them again. I lost almost $39. Do not use this company.

Ordered a product that came late and poor quality, still waiting on refund

I ordered a product from Premier Trust Store and it didn't even come in time for Christmas. When I wanted to send it back, they told me the shipping address just changed from California to China and I'd have to pay all the return costs myself. They offered me 20% back if I kept the product instead.

The product finally showed up and the quality is less than good. Now I still haven't gotten that 20% refund they promised. My next step is to just contest the whole order.
