Facebook ad for a dress that was not what they showed

I saw an ad on Facebook for a white dress. Looked nice in the pictures so I ordered it. Cost me $75.

What showed up was a white dress but totally different style. The quality was terrible. I tried calling the number on the site, (718) 500-1849, it just doesn't work. Sent an email to [email protected], never got a reply.

The packaging didn't even have their company name on it. It had some other brand. So I have no way to return it or anything. Just out the money.
