Can't delete my account after signup error, keeps giving me messages

I signed up with PRGVentures.com because they offer cash advances. I gave my social security number and date of birth like it asked. Right after, I got a pop-up message saying there was an error and my identification could not be verified.

So I tried to delete my account. But it just keeps giving me error messages saying that can't be done. It won't let me delete anything. I looked it up and a host of other people have had this same issue and are still having it. Nothing works.
