Ordered a part and they took way more money from my PayPal

Ordered a part from this website www.proautopartsdirect.com for a total of $39.38. They took $103 from my PayPal account instead. I have tried contacting them via email at [email protected] to no avail. I don’t know why they charged me that much. The part never showed up either. Just got nothing back.
