Got a call about a lawsuit from a processing office.

I got a call from 1(855) 512-7799. The caller said they were from a processing office called Process Service. They said they were trying to notify me about a pending civil action that could result in a lawsuit being filed against me. It felt off. I never got any paperwork or anything. Just this call out of nowhere.
