Got a call about a civil action being filed against me

I got a call from someone saying they were from a processor's office. The person told me there was a pending civil action being filed against me. It felt off right away. The number they called from was 1(855) 512-7799. They said their address was in Oakfield, NY. I never signed up for anything with them and I don't owe any money. It was just a scary call out of nowhere trying to get my information.

Got a weird call about a file number from someone named Stephanie

I got this call. The person said her name was Stephanie and she was calling from the processor's office. She mentioned a file number, 2024 - 45263. She said it was regarding a matter forwarded to her office for consideration.

This wasn't a sales call. The message said it was their final attempt to contact me. It felt off. I did not talk to them. The number that called was (425) 245-5337, and it came from WA, USA. I never signed up for anything from them.
