Got an official looking letter demanding a fee for property monitoring

I got this official looking envelope in the mail. It was asking for a fee to "monitor" a property I just bought. The weird thing is, it seemed to know all the exact details about my transaction.

The letter came from 511 S Orange Ave Suite 783 in Newark, NJ. The return address made it look real. They also listed a phone number: (862) 420-0053.

It felt off. I never signed up for any monitoring service. I didn't send any money, but it was unsettling that they had all my information.
