Got a text about a loan from a website that looks fake

I applied for a personal loan at prosferfinance.com. After that, I got a text from someone named Frank Johnson. I tried to check the company out. It had all the same credentials as the real company, Prosper Financial. The address listed was the same, but the phone number was different. I looked up the website and it was only established six months ago. The IP address is from Mumbai, India. The whole thing just feels off.
