Got a call about a loan and then they demanded money for insurance

I got a call from 916-258-5843 about a loan. All the forms looked legit, so I proceeded. I gave them my banking info. At the end of me filling out the info online, a different person came on the phone. They said I had to pay $126.00 for insurance before I could get the loan. Then they started arguing with me.
