Ordered a vape online and they sent me a broken one
I ordered from ProVape's website, provape.com. The total came to almost $27. They sent me a defective item, it just doesn't work right.
When I contacted their support at [email protected] and the phone number (855) 404-2242, they just started stalling. Now they're offering me store credit, but it's for a reduced price. They aren't even including the taxes or the shipping and handling I paid. That doesn't make any sense to me. I just want what I paid for, or my money back.
