Unauthorized $39.99 charge after receiving my order

I ordered a product from Pupapaws and I did receive it. After that, I saw a $39.99 charge come out of my checking account through my debit card. I never authorized that charge.

I tried to contact their support line at (513) 320-0816 and the email [email protected], but it goes nowhere. There's no response. I just want this unauthorized charge reversed.
