Kept getting charged for dog bowls I only ordered once

I ordered some dog bowls from Instagram, it was through their site pupapaws.com or something. The charge was $39.99. I got the bowls, they were fine. Then a month later, I see another $39.99 charge on my credit card. I didn't order anything else.

I sent them an email at [email protected] asking for a refund. No reply at all. Then today I check my account and they charged me $39.99 again. So that's three times now for one set of bowls. I emailed them again and also called my credit card company to dispute it. No response from them still.
