Charged an extra $39.99 the day after my order was delivered

I bought something from PupaPaws.com for $29.98 and it showed up. That was fine. But the very next day, I see a new charge from them for $39.99. I did not make any new purchases with them at all. I only bought the one thing. I don't know why this extra money came out of my account.
