Ordered a cutting board and now they charge me every month

I ordered a cutting board from these people and paid for it. Now for months they have been taking $29.00 a month out of my credit card. I have no idea why. It just keeps showing up.

I filed a dispute with American Express and they won’t do anything about it either. I already paid for the cutting board. You shouldn’t have to pay the rest of your life for a cutting board. The phone number is (855) 533-0185 and the email is [email protected]. I lost $865.63 total.

Charged monthly for a "Collective" I never signed up for

I bought three titanium cutting boards from Purecut and I did get them. Then they just started taking $29 from my credit card every month for something called the Purecut Collective. I never agreed to that. When I finally got someone on the phone, they told me it was my job to cancel it. They took an extra $232 from me for nothing and without my okay.

I reported it to my credit card company and they’re looking into it with their fraud department. This is a total scam. They shouldn’t be allowed to do business here.
