Ordered black seed oil and never got it then they charged me again

I ordered black seed oil from purelynutrient.com and never got my package. I wrote them about it and then they billed me again and still no product. I looked online and there's tons of similar stories.

Their phone number is (016) 284-8680 and email is [email protected]. I lost $145 on this. Just wanted the oil and got nothing.
