Ordered from qizicha.com and never got my items

I placed an order on qizicha.com and paid $116.36 for some merchandise. I never received anything. There's no phone number to call or any real way to contact them. I tried emailing their support address, [email protected], and just got no reply at all. The site took my money and that was it.
