Signed up for QR code service and now they won’t let me cancel

I signed up for what I thought I needed. Turns out you can make a QR code without paying someone. They wouldn’t refund, which is fine the first time. But then the website wouldn’t let me cancel.

They tried to charge AGAIN for another year. I now have my card frozen. Tried to cancel the whole account, but it says I have to pay. No phone number to call. They keep closing every ticket for chat, leading me in circles. Their email is [email protected]. Lost $133.20.

QR code free trial expired way too fast and now they want money

I used the free trial on QRCodeCreator.com to make a QR code for an event I have next week. This morning around midnight they started emailing me saying my free trial was expiring in 2 days. So I clicked on their website to check pricing because I need the code to last until next week.

Then tonight at 8:16pm they emailed again saying the code has already expired and I need to pay now to revive it. That is totally inconsistent info. First it expires in 2 days, then hours later it's already gone. Feels like a money grab. I should have looked around more because other sites offer this same thing for free. Their email is [email protected].
