Ad with Bill Gates promised a medication that did nothing

I saw this online ad, it had Bill Gates in it talking about some “medication” and how great it was. So I bought it. Cost me 800 dollars.

It didn't do anything. Nothing at all. Just a total waste of money. I feel stupid for falling for it but the ad looked real with him in it. No idea how to get my money back.
