Got a call from someone pretending to be a sergeant about jury duty

I got a call from a guy saying he was Sergeant Burgess from Randolph County. The call came from (336) 348-7670. He told me I had a failure to appear for jury duty. It felt off right away. I didn't give any information or money, but it was still a stressful call to get out of the blue. The whole thing just didn't make sense.
