Bought seeds that won't grow, company got hostile and won't help

I bought a pack of 12 seeds from Rare Dankness. They cost $120 plus shipping and insurance. Their guarantee says the seeds germinate at a 69% rate, but mine are at about 20%. They're just not viable and won't grow.

When I contacted them about it, they got extremely hostile. They said they are not obligated to help me, which goes against their own posted policies. They are completely unwilling to do anything to fix the situation.

I'm out the money for an unviable product. They are making no effort whatsoever to reimburse me or make it right.
