Ordered a $99 dog tool that’s the same as a $30 one and they won’t let me return it

I ordered a $30 Dog Dental tool on Amazon and returned it because it was poor quality. Then I saw an ad for this company’s item and it had great reviews (which I assume are fake), so I ordered it for $99 thinking it would be a better product. They claimed 2 day shipping, but it took almost 2 weeks to get here.

When it arrived, it was the EXACT same item I got from another company on Amazon for $30. I requested a return and even showed them the unopened package, but they would not let me return it until I sent them videos of me trying to use it on my dog. The product does not work as advertised and the company will not let me return it. It is a scam.
