Fake check drafted from my bank account by Reach Lifestyle

I was on my bank account and found a fake drafted check. It was done by Reach Lifestyle on 3/13/26 for $98.72. The check number is *********.

The phone number on the check is 866-462-0664 and there's an Invoice# listed as ************. I tried to call the number and someone picked up. I could hardly understand them. They didn't say any company name at first, so I asked. They said it was for many companies and listed about six different names.

None of the names were related to each other. They said it could be for medical visits, or warranties, car insurance, things like that. I never requested info on any of that. The money is just gone from my account.
