Getting harassing calls about a loan I never took out

I keep getting these calls from 888-269-4978 about a loan I never took out. They call me multiple times a day, sometimes it's from different numbers, but it's always the same thing about this loan. They are very aggressive and rude, demanding I make a payment.

I've told them over and over that I have no loan with them and to stop calling me, but they just refuse. It's straight up harassment. This is all while I'm dealing with another issue where I lost $81 on an online purchase from a site called realtaki.com. Their email for returns is [email protected]. It's just a mess.
