Fax saying we owe money to keep services running

We got a fax from Relay Wire saying we have to pay some amount to keep services going for our fax line. The remittance instructions say make checks out to “Relay Wire” and put the fax number on the memo line.

They also say to send all billing questions to their email at [email protected]. Their address is 9535 Forest Lane Suite 114J, Dallas, TX 75243. Their phone number is (800) 761-0176. We didn’t ask for this. It just showed up.
