Paid Remember the Moon $425 and never got what I ordered

I got a text from Remember the Moon about an online purchase. The message came from the phone number (541) 221-8908. The email they used was [email protected] and their address was listed as 537 Hayden Bridge Pl, Springfield, OR 97477.

I paid them $425 for the product. The money came out of my account. But they never sent me anything. I never received the product I ordered. They just took the money and that was it. No replies, nothing.
