Someone created a fake bad review about my business to get money

A woman contacted me and named a person who she said created an evil complaint about my business. That person was never my customer, so this is putting my reputation at stake. She tried to send me to her website to pay money so she would cancel the evil review for me. Her website is reputationheal.com.

I wrote her back and accused her of slander. She said she would remove my business from her list. I consider her a scammer, trying to mess with my reputation and more. It felt like a setup from the start.
