Charged $85 after I cancelled my subscription

I placed an order with Resilia.shop back in March. I got a ton of product and saw I was subscribed to something, so I cancelled the subscription right away.

Then I started getting emails from people named "Sarah" and "James." Sarah said she had "accidentally cancelled" my subscription, but I was the one who cancelled it myself. On March 30th, she sent an email saying she was going to cancel it that week, which just proved they never cancelled it in the first place.

Now it's April 13th and they charged me $85 and shipped more product I don't want. The money just got refunded as I'm writing this because I disputed the charge with PayPal. I had to send them a bunch of emails with proof I cancelled.
