Constant calls and threats from Resolve 1st Financial
The latest ones say I need to call before they file papers that will upset my life. Then it's back to telling me I have to call ASAP. Later in the day the message changes to say they'll file papers against me. I'm getting 4 or 5 of these calls every single day.
I haven't called back and I never will. This has to be some kind of scam. I don't want any part of it.
Got a voicemail from Resolve 1st Financial about an account I don't have.
The thing is, I don't have any debts in collections. I know I don't owe anything. The call came from (458) 899-0808. I didn't call back because it felt off. I never signed up for anything with them. Now I'm just getting these messages about an account that doesn't exist.

The person on the phone said it was a felony and that they would file a lawsuit. When I asked for a debt letter or some proof, they just said all the information was already given to me. They said they didn't know what other information I would need. It doesn't make any sense. I never got any information from them.
