Voicemail from someone named Mrs. Clark about a case and they hung up when I asked what it was for

I got a voicemail from a woman saying she was Mrs. Clark from payment processing. She said she needed to verify my address to prepare documentation in their case. I have no idea what case she’s talking about.

They even contacted my family members about this. So I tried calling the number back, (409) 761-7631, and asked what it was about. They just hung up on me. Then they wouldn’t answer the phone again.

When I called, the person said they were with Resolve Financial. But the voicemail when nobody picks up says it’s Mediation Account Services. And they used a completely different name with my family members. None of it makes sense.
