Got a weird text about grant money I never asked for

I got a text from Resources Guides. It was talking about my request for resources and grant money. I never made any request. They said they have a bunch of resources and some free grant money. The message came from phone number (888) 458-0597. The address they gave is just Willoughby, OH 44094. It felt off right away. I didn't reply or anything, so I didn't lose money. But I don't like getting these messages for things I didn't ask about.
