Ordered teeth product from Facebook ad and never got it

I ordered a product for my teeth on May 8, order number 11956. I never received the product. I contacted Reumi multiple times through their email [email protected] and still nothing. No product, no refund.

I lost $33.99 on this. I’m contacting ScamPulse.com because it feels like a scam. I just want what I paid for or my money back.
