Ordered eyebrow pens once and got charged for a subscription I never signed up for

I bought two eyebrow pens from revorie.com. It was supposed to be a one time purchase. When they showed up they came in a plain white box with a white tube inside. No branding at all. Nothing like what the ad on social media showed.

Then the next month I got two more pens in the mail. I went to their site and saw they had me set up for a subscription. I never ordered a subscription. There is no way to cancel anything on their site. All the help and support links just go to broken pages. I found an email address [email protected] and emailed them five times. No reply at all. I had to call my credit card company to dispute the charge. I will have to call them again after the next charge hits to try and block them.

Looking into it they have sold a bunch of different products under this name before. It looks like they just pop up sites and drop ship stuff from China or maybe South Korea and then change the site to something else after a while. I lost $34.
