Someone claiming to buy my home for cash wasn't real

I got contacted by someone named Robert Blackman who said he was an investor for a buy your home for cash program. He found my house on Zillow and wanted to buy it for $55,000. Seemed legit at first.

But when I called the number he gave me to verify he was a real realtor or investor, nobody there knew who he was. They told me they don't even buy or sell homes and it's not a real company. I have all the text messages between us, a virtual business card he sent, the title company he said he'd use in my town, his email [email protected], and even a contract he drew up that I never signed. Just glad I didn't lose any money.
