Someone is using my info and T-Mobile won't help

I got a text from someone saying I won money. It was a scam. They have my social security number now. They are changing things on my accounts, my emails. There's credit fraud and bank fraud, auto fraud. They got into my social media. They said they were verifying my identity for me but I don't even have a computer, just my phone files.

I reported this to T-Mobile so many times. There's a background noise on my line like it's tapped or monitored. I was told it's been turned over to an investigator. The State Attorney General even spotted something phishy. The people doing this are Robert Brian Bradberry and Michelle Nicole Lovett Barnett Brock Bowden Bradberry. Also Jennifer Lovett Adam’s and Macey Barnett Killingsworth. They took a thousand dollars from me. Their phone is (205) 217-3620 and their email is [email protected]. Nothing has stopped.
