Charged by Roen Health for a membership I never signed up for

I saw two charges on my account from "Roen Health," a company I've never heard of. One was for $39 and the other was $135. I checked my email and there's nothing from them at all.

I called the number on my bank statement. The person who answered claimed I signed up and that this was my membership fee, but they couldn't even tell me what it was for. They said they couldn't cancel it or give me a refund. They argued with me, insisting I had signed up. They told me I had to log into an account to cancel it, but when I tried to log in with my email, it said no account was found.

I had no choice but to call my bank, report it as fraud, and close my card to get a new one. That was the only way to fix it.
