Charged $270 to my credit card for a membership I never signed up for

I just saw a charge from Roen Health (RX) on my credit card for $270. It was two charges of $135 each. I have no idea who this company is. I never signed up for anything with them and I haven't received any products or services.

They took the money without my knowledge. When I tried to get a refund, they refused. They said it was a recurring membership charge. But I don't have a membership. I don't even know what they do.

The phone number I have for them is (406) 720-4493. This whole thing doesn't make sense. I want my money back.
