Someone called saying they were Roku and asked me to download an app

A guy called me from 1(385) 437-4598 and said he was from Roku. He told me to download some app, I think it was Google Voice related. I didn't think much of it at first because it sounded official enough.

He kept pushing me to do it and I ended up losing $800. I gave him my email too, [email protected], which should have been a red flag but it didn't click at the time. Now I'm out the money and feeling stupid about it.

I don't even know what to do now. The website he mentioned was Google Voice stuff but it was all a setup.
