Cancelled my subscription but they keep taking money from my account

I cancelled my subscription with Rosabella.com back in December. I never even ordered some of the products they charged me for, and the one thing I did get from my first order was recalled because of salmonella. I contacted their customer service help email to ask for a refund and got nowhere.

I changed my cards and froze my accounts, but they still found a way to debit my account. It doesn't make any sense. This has to be some kind of fraud.

I know I can't be the only one this is happening to. They just won't stop taking money.
