Text saying I won money from a lottery winner donating

I got this text from someone named Rosemary Casarotti saying she won over a billion dollars in the California lottery and now she wants to donate $800,000 to 10 random people. It said I was selected and to text a confirmation code to some guy named David Raymond at (503) 841-3062.

The whole thing just felt off. No company name anywhere, just a phone number from Oregon and a random code. I didn't reply or call. I don't even play the lottery in California.

Just wanted to report it in case anyone else gets the same message.
