Bought clothes from this site and can't even return them

I bought an item of clothing on 3/31/2026 from this website rosescollection.com. The item came in a few days. It was defective and also the wrong size. On their website it says you have to submit returns or exchange requests by email. So I emailed them over 7 times asking for the info to start the return process. They never answered any of my emails. Their website says all email requests will be answered within 3 business days. There is no phone number to call. I even went to the address at 1001 Pacific Ave Ste 320 in Tacoma, WA. It's part of an unmarked building that's secured behind a locked door with no public access. So basically the return process is nonexistent. They just lied about it. Lost $111.01.
