Ordered Hoka shoes through Shop app and got fake tracking

I bought some Hoka tennis shoes through the Shop app and used Affirm to pay for them. The vendor’s website is Rosscye, and their email is [email protected], address is 84 Pheasent Way, Bissell, CT 06074. I spent $98.44.

I emailed them a bunch of times asking for an update and a tracking number, but they never replied. Not once. Then they finally gave me a USPS tracking number, but it was fake—it said the shoes were delivered to my door, and they weren’t. I opened a claim with Affirm and they sided with the vendor because of that fake tracking. I have screenshots of all my emails to them, and they never answered any of them. I even asked for a refund and got zero communication back. Now I’m stuck paying for something I never got. These people are scammers.
