Charged $29.99 for pants from TikTok ad, got nothing

I was on TikTok shopping and saw an ad for packs of clothing. It took me to the website rosvaya.com.

I tried to buy an 8 pack of capri pants. The charge for $29.99 went through on my credit card. But after that, nothing. No confirmation email, no order number, no tracking info. I never got the pants.
