Ordered hiking boots from an online deal and never got them

I saw a special deal online for Timberland hiking boots at a discount. The website was rouetly.com. I placed the order and paid $38. I got an email confirmation from [email protected] with a tracking number and a link to track718.com.

The tracking never showed anything real. It just said "other" for the courier. The order was supposedly on the way but it never came. I tried to contact them through the email but got no real help, just the same tracking info that doesn't work. It's been long enough now that I know I'm not getting the boots and my money is just gone.
